I want to know as these are organic pads so if I am outside or have a long sleep like night 8 to 10 hours. and 3rd or 4 th day of period when flow is very slow, my question is can we use single pad for 9 to 10 hours. please reply is it okey because when we are traveling some time not possible to change our pad for 8 to 9 hours or more. is it safe for female body to use single pad for long time. please answer.

Definitely not on tge 1st and 2nd night but 3rd and 4th night using single pad is possible for me. This is quite thin pad but long enough to sleep with. I have no problem using it for your asked days.
