I find that this product is a very good support but everything else in my sleep hygiene needs to be in order. It doesn’t put me to sleep every time, it’s certainly not a keeping tablet, but the quality of my sleep has definitely improved. Deep sleep is definitely enhanced, as too is the initial drop off phase. In conjunction with behavioural changes, it’s been a positive game changer for me. you mean “months”? First 2 months? middle 2 months? last 2 months?
