It’s hard to describe the flavor. The calcium/magnesium without flavor added tastes like magnesium powder. It’s not a great taste but I’ve gotten used to it and don’t mind it. I personally prefer it to the sweetened and flavored variety.
As too much of this can cause loose stools, I am not sure. I have a sensitive stomach and I use it.
It can be taken every day. I take one to two heaping teaspoons once a day with no problem. Directions on the label are the most helpful.
