Hello, did you get an A to your Q? Natures Secret page doesn’t even have the info but from what I’ve gathered reading around in forums, you take the whole lot in one cleanse. I’m about to do that so hopefully it’s the case!
I felt great on Parastroy but I had already done about a month of parasite cleansing before the kit arrived. A lot more came out with the Parastroy though. It sounds like you are feeling the effects of the parasites dying off. I take activated charcoal (mixed very thoroughly into water, do not aspirate the powder), and this takes the die off symptoms away and adsorbs toxins. You can use other binders too like modified citrus pectin, bentonite clay, etc. Hulda Clark recommends ornithine to absorb the ammonia the parasites release. I’ve tried that too but haven’t noticed too much of an effect. You could do her mop up protocol, high doses of COQ10 and cysteine, I’ve done that in the past too. I find it all helps. Just don’t stop the parasite cleansing because you’re feeling awful because you’ll feel a lot worse if you let them keep proliferating. You can take breaks though.
You should use it until you finish the bottles (3 weeks). I use this product 1x per year as part of a detox/cleanse.

I have occasionally had one or two in one or the other bottle extra, but never a lot. I do think they do give an extra capsule in each bottle. That said, it could have been the packers error or it could have been that you took four from the Para-Sweep bottle instead of two from each bottle. I think I would take the Para-Rid even if I didn’t have any Para-Sweep. Maybe get some of the ingredients in the ‘sweep’ from bulk herbs or elsewhere. I have had very good results from this product. I’ve taken it probably over 6 times after travelling to Papua New Guinea 5 times. This last time is the only time I remember getting a little nauseated for the second/third or fourth days. Then it went away.

I can’t say for sure, but my best guess would be that it might actually increase the bad smell temporarily as it is killing the parasites. After the treatment is completed you should notice an improvement.
