I only know the difference between Niacinamide and Niacin – both are vitamin B3, as I believe Nicotinamide is too – the only difference is that you do not “flush” from Niacinamide, as you do from Niacin. The flush is actually very good and healthy, but I get a very strong flush from very little Niacin, and I need to take 2×500 mg at least two times a day, preferably threee – because with this dose togetner with 4 softgels Krilloil, my pain from hip artrosis is almost gone. Niacinamide /acin is perfectly safe and a very easy and healthy way to combat pain! Hope this was of any help. Further reading you can find if you Google on Abreham Hoffer and Linus Pauling.
