A Really Excellent Vitamin C Supplement

I’m eating with my parents. I’ve been much less tired and skinny since taking. Vitamin c capacity is low, but the sequel was okay

Vitamin C made from organic fruits. I take one capsule after breakfast and after dinner. It’s been about a week since I started drinking it, but I’m not convinced that the skin is clearly sluggish. The face unfortunately feels less effective, but the buttocks and thighs are much better than ever. I did not feel so effective when I was taking Japanese vitamin C (ascorbic acid) before, so I think that vitamin C made from food may be better absorbed than synthetic ones.

After a fresh vegetable or fruit, I feel a surge of strength, after the usual vitamin C – too! But after a very expensive supernatural vitamin C from Natures Way – nothing! How so? Is he there? And digest? In short, I bought 2 cans at once. Where to go? Give enemies? 🙂 Put 3 stars because sometimes i still accept it.

I am not qualified to answer if Alive C is safe for children, but It is a whole organic fruit source of Vitamin C. So I would think the dose could be adjusted for a child.
