I have been drinking Echinacea when I was going to catch a cold for a long time, or when I did not want to catch a cold. Since I started standing on this, my family almost never had a cold in the hospital. It is a strong ally of my home! I feel like it works even when my throat hurts. We purchased at other sites, but know that this one is cheaper, and think that we will purchase from this from now on.

(Those suffering with HIV-AIDS should NOT stimulate their immune system – they must only be treated by a doctor!) If Echinacea should be indicated, then it should not be taken for more than about 5 days continuously, because taking it longer will over-tax the immune system leading to less help. Here are two links for advice on using herbal remedies with children: In any serious illness please consult your doctor. I hope this helps. Robert.
