How to treat varicose veins naturally? Not impressed. Positive action. Very good. This is the best chestnut extract for maintaining healthy veins! If your feet are not indifferent, then this drug is for you. Visual Result No. Good. My Experience. Good. Horse Chestnut?

Walking on legs created hard work for the veins: they constantly work against gravity to return blood to the heart. With age, the valves fail, blood can accumulate in the veins, stretch and damage the walls. This condition is called venous insufficiency. Varicose veins appear when the affected veins located near the surface of the skin begin to swell, swell and hurt, the risk of ulcers on the legs increases. Since pregnancy, as well as long walking and obesity, increase the frequency of symptoms, it is not surprising that women suffer from this disease twice as often as men. Fortunately, naturopathic doctors claim that it is possible to improve blood circulation in the legs and treat varicose veins using natural methods, therefore they recommend: 1. Engage in PHYSICAL CULTURE! Useful walking, swimming and cycling, raising legs above heart level four times a day for 15 minutes and wearing compression socks that prevent the accumulation of blood in the veins.2. Maintain a healthy weight, observing DIET – include fiber (chia, flax seeds, nuts, fruits, legumes), which prevent constipation, causing bloating and increase pressure on the veins around the abdomen and legs. Add apple cider vinegar, foods rich in magnesium – bananas, avocados, leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables; fish containing omega-3 fatty acids that are valuable for proper blood flow; natural diuretics (parsley, basil, celery, cucumbers, dandelion greens).4. Take B-COMPLEX, including folic acid, vitamin B12 and B6, which studies have shown to help reduce blood coagulation by lowering the level of homocysteine in the blood.5. Use short courses and alternate ADDITIVES! Natural blood thinners – ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, vitamin E, ginseng, ginkgo biloba. Herbal preparations with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties – pycnogenol, cat’s claw, blueberry, grape seed, cranberry and hawthorn extract. Nature's Way, Horse Chestnut, 250 mg, 90 Vegan Capsules Review

I have tried other brands that seemed to work allot better, I was disappointed.

I drank a bad month, ordered to relieve hemorrhoids. There is a noticeable effect on my body, unpleasant consequences have decreased several times, I didn’t even expect such effectiveness of the drug, I didn’t change anything in my lifestyle. I see reviews that cause nausea and pain in the stomach, apparently it is individual, I was afraid to order because of this, but when I received it, I never had such feelings. I am very pleased.

Very good with blood circulation.

Most likely, many people know what varicose veins are and many know how hard it is to maintain good health with this ailment. I’ll say right away, if you have strongly protruding veins, you think that this dietary supplement will miraculously remove them back, then NO, this will not happen, but if you are after an operation to treat veins or you have the initial stage of venous insufficiency or varicose veins, it will help. This chestnut perfectly relieves swelling, fatigue, cramps, not allowing the disease to progress. With him, I was able to do perfectly without compression stockings all day! It is also very important that this chestnut does not cause stomach discomfort and nausea. I drank and forgot).

He twists his legs less and fatigue less often, but there is no visual effect.

I have varicose veins on my thighs, I already thought of doing the operation, but I read that it would not remove the problem. Started drinking horse chestnut. Firstly, there were forces. Secondly, the pain disappeared, heaviness. Third, the veins were visibly blown away, which is very pleasing. I will drink more, to the full effect. I would be grateful for “yes.”

After 3rd day of taking this pills ( 1piece/ day instead recommended 2) I had bleeding. Be careful with them and it will be better to consult with your doctor.

Zero. Excellent side effects

Is this the same with your item in my item recieved?
