Hi Emanuela. I certainly can speak only from my own experience. I began taking Neem about two years ago to help a chronic skin problem caused by parasites I picked up gardening. My skin was already problematic but it certainly didn’t worsen after I began the treatment. You can take neem on an empty or full stomach. Mixing it with other vitamins is ok. However I would recommend taking neem before bed because it acts as a natural sleep aid. It makes me sleepy.
