I think the effect is good. Good supplement. Good ones. Great product. Didn’t work – might be overseas mailing (temp changes). Really good lactic acid bacteria. So Far So Good. I did not get that. Beautifully shaped lactic acid bacteria. no work for constipation

The egg is so small that it’s easy to eat and if you eat it on an empty stomach

This didn’t work at all – but I am not sure it’s the brand’s fault since I am overseas and wonder if transport temp changes could affect efficacy.
