But for me maybe sleep was better but with lot of dreams and often waking. I think that for adrenal fatigue its not working. I still need to using for sleep valerian and 1 mg melatonin. Sometimes its working. But like I wrote just for moos swings, light depression And anxiety it will work. Better than antidepressant, which I tried and this was better.
