You are correct-Collagen 2 should not be taken with collagen 1 & 3. but both should be taken on an empty stomach. I take 1&3 in the morning and 2 in the evening every day.
Actually i am using such product for knee Arthritis purpose as i had 2 surgeries before related to meniscus tear. Anyway its quit good product, i felt just little improvement with using this product beside some other 3 product together. Its not a miracle and will not cure anything or regenerate new meniscus or cure Arthritis. its just help to keep working out and do exercise. In addition, i noticed also some improvement regarding my skin condition despite this is not important for me as i buy it essentially for my knee.

Generally speaking all non-predatory birds are kosher. Chicken is considered non-predatory. Would qualify as kosher.
