Yes you can. Highly effective. But it can really dry off your skin so please moisturize your skin! It took approximately 3 weeks for my skin to get used to the cleanser. It became very dry. For a start use it once a day (I suggest at night) and moisturize it with coconut oil. For the first few days or a week you will feel your skin ‘cracking’ or peeling but it will eventually go off.
