Hi! Take a course. For three months, take Astaxanthin with Fish oil, preferably in the morning with a meal. Then a month break and so on. Astaxanthin has cumulative effect. The first positive results will be in two-three weeks.
It is not thought for that nor is it recommended to do it. even so, This product is very difficult to wash.
The label just says gelatin.
