Now Foods, Flush-Free Niacin, Double Strength, 500 mg, 180 Veg Capsules Product Review

Useful. gg. Good. May cause insulin resistance, beware. I heard it was good for depression. Cholesterol. No need to flash. Awesome! Now supplement review. Become sleepy

If u want to be long lived, u definitely have to eat this.

gg

I like this one, thanks!

Well folks, I read that high doses of niacin could cause or exacerbate insulin resistance, but the references I read referred to doses of 2000 mg per day and up as being of concern. I thought 500mg to 1g per day would not be a problem. Wrong! After taking this most days for about a month, along with other ATP co-factors like Riboflavin/B2 and magnesium, I started feeling very sick whenever I ate. Woops. Insulin resistance. Not funny. I quit immediately and after two weeks am getting back to normal. The product itself seems fine. I like the NOW brand. Furthermore the directions on the tin do say one capsule per day. But clearly, niacin taken at doses that might reduce cholesterol and which might seem reasonable may have serious side effects. Caveat emptor. Hope this is helpful.

I’m trying to drink with supplements for depression. I couldn’t feel better with this alone, so I started drinking Dopamukuna.

Worked very well to bring down my cholesterol.

I’m scared because I’m allergic, so I use it from flash-free. I am less likely to get sick and can move better than before. I am saved because I think acne is difficult to do.

Awesome!

I have a lot of trust in the NOW line of supplements.

If you drink at work, you will get too sleepy, if you drink at night, you will sleep, but you will have a headache at dawn and your face will swell. In my case, I feel like I need to flush and release it, so I will try to drink 100mg of the flush several times a day for a while. In any case, my physical condition has improved.
