I really like! Effect on the face: the skin absolutely stopped drying! And not fat. I take 1 caps after breakfast

This is a great product with a great price tag! Just for example: Solgars borage oil costs double price for half of the quantity(ill

The excellent product is very good.

Saw this oil 1 capsule per day. I noticed that the skin on the eyelids was not as dry as before, and on the heels stopped cracking. Now you can use less oily creams. At the same time, I drank Lecithin (2 capsules per day).

Part of my daily regiment.

If you take it 2-3 days before menstruation starts, menstrual pain will be reduced. I used to spend my first day with a cold abdominal pain that I couldn’t stop spinning. Can now be sent. The moon I forgot to drink is terrible, so it surely works for me. I also tried the evening primrose on the way, but it didn’t work so much and I returned to the volage. It is one of the supplements I have been using for over 10 years.

This is good product just be careful, dose is big, if you already taking linseed oil this is too much omega-6. Cause me headache and dizzyness. I bought it for hormonal balance and ulcer/digestive problems. Maybe it will work for someone, smaller dose may work better for me.

Questions and Answers

What is the source of gelatin in this?
Is it certified PA-free?

Very sorry but I don’t know! All I know is that this is the highest GLA that I have found.
I could only find this on Amazon in answer to the same question: Is there a borage that is Pa free Answer: The reason we can’t find ANY manufacturer that has “PA free” on their borage oil is because there are NO borage oils that are PA free. There is a limit that was created by “someone or something” that states that you can have PAs, but if they are at a low enough level, you get the marketing ability to call them PA free. So, they aren’t really PA free. but the manufacturers can call them that. Not good.
