I have seen a few things saying excess selenium can be harmful but I have eaten these nuts in moderate amounts for years and not suffered any bad affects. I have ordered this brand from Foodpharmacy Blog many times and they have been consistently good. I might find one or two that doesn’t taste as good as the rest, but that is the case with nuts that I buy anywhere.
