This drug completely removes cravings for sweets. Literally after a week of taking 1 capsule per day, it does not pull on sweets. Without it, I simply could not have been without chocolate before, but now everything is wonderful, I DO NOT want chocolate and everything sweet too!

I felt the effect very brightly after the second month of administration. I’ve been eating sweets all my life. Could eat a whole chocolate bar at a time. Glad to hear that you are a healthy guy and know you always will be since you care to take chromium. You only need one capsule a day I take it in the morning. You do not need more chromium in your body but more cinnamon is good in your breakfast. I take one teaspoonful with my morning meal together with ginger and turmeric, vanilla and nutmeg and pinch of clove. Spices are definitely a source of micro-elements you need for your health. I recommend highly a book “Healing Spices”. Best wishes.
