Clary Sage is an essential oil that must be mixed with a carrier oil prior to using it on the skin or hair.
I put 4-5 drops into 250ml shampoo bottle as recommended for hair loss I have noticed less shedding not sure about hair growth, hope this helps
Many people used essential oil for internal but my personal opinion shouldn’t use essential oils internally unless you’ve undergone advanced training and certification or are acting under the guidance of a trained professional.
