Everyone agrees that green tea is very useful, but not everyone likes it :)? I started taking these capsules concurrently with taking collagen, here is an understandable chain: collagen – hyaluronic acid – green tea. I like only some sorts of green tea, to be honest, and a capsule is easy for me to drink? And what I noticed – there was a sea of energy! Such a feeling that I do not just go (light jazz gait), but fly, so easily I feel myself. I’m 59, so this feeling is very valuable. Sometimes I work late, and even after a 12-hour working day I return home not tired, but full of strength, I can also go to the sport, but it’s definitely too late for sports. This phenomenon drew attention to this in about a month of admission. Previously – from the usual green tea – I never noticed this, well, how much I drank it before, and then not every day. Therefore, I will now take these capsules constantly! The only condition is not on an empty stomach? Even noticed – in the morning I wake up cheerfully and cheerfully, the mood is always beautiful :)? HOW TO LIQUE WITH GREEN TEA: like many, green tea for a long time seemed tasteless, with bitterness, etc. I realized that it was wrong, and all the time I was looking for my own version. Found it! There is such a magical tea milk oolong (or oolong), and dial in the search on the Internet. The taste is soft, like black tea with milk, with fruit notes – very tasty! This was the beginning of my novel with green tea, and milky oolong remained in the pets forever? The water temperature is very important when tea is brewed. Never brew ordinary greens. tea with boiling water, the desired temperature is 80 degrees, otherwise there will be bitterness. In China, at a tea factory, we were given such a recommendation – it’s necessary to brew green tea when you stop hearing “surf noise”, that is, when the teapot ceases to make noise before boiling, this moment needs to be caught. Or buy an electric kettle that allows you to set the right temperature? And here for the oolongs – you need a higher temperature, there are large leaves and they need to be warmed up properly, so that real taste appears. Has already bought green tea in capsules of the same brand, but in a larger package, and I will definitely repeat the purchase of this drug in the future!? I will be sincerely glad if my feedback helped you. Be healthy and beautiful, take care of yourself and your loved ones!
About the benefits of green tea and supplements with its extract, many know. About the same write and say less. But the results of the research are not impressive. So: 1. The 2006 study. The intake of EGCg supplementation promoted acute hepatitis; 2. Since 2006, more than 50 reports of acute liver damage with jaundice have been published after EGCg; 3. In 2008, the United States Pharmacopeia reviewed 34 reports of liver damage associated with the use of EGCg; 4. Acute hepatitis caused by the use of EGCg, usually develops within 1-3 months after the start of use of the product. I was “lucky”, I saw all the signs of liver damage after taking one capsule – the color of the stool, etc. By the way, according to some experts, if you can not avoid taking such supplements, you must prepare yourself in advance for them, taking regular green tea. At a dosage of more than 3 cups a day, it also damages the liver, but at least not so acute.
I used it a month ago and did not find any effect from it
Good product, max dosage in small capsule.
I’m buying it because of acne
Very quick to burn
I know people who this has worked for but not for me. Turns out I have adrenal fatigue so this only made it worse. I immediately starting losing weight when I took adaptogens like Ashwagandha. Hope that helps someone!
