I think you’d need to use hot milk. When I cook it with water I essentially get it boiling and keep it hot (not boiling) for 45 minutes Gets softer (nice) as it cools down. Keep it in fridge and warm in microwave as desired.
Oats are gluten free, but to be labeled gluten free they must be processed in a gluten free facility. My packaging has been thrown out, so I can’t look at it, but you could ask the company. I hope this helps.
