With angstrom or nano-sized minerals, absorption is 100 percent, so much less is needed to reach the same daily supplementation level. Now Foods, Iron, 18 mg, 120 Veg Capsules Product Review
Iron? Very effective. Recovery from fatigue. Good iron for ferritin. GOOD IRON. Iron Now. We will see. Good iron. Is your menstrual pain worse? Not Grind
I bought my friend, she is a coach in the gym. Speaks very good. And a decent company. If helpful, please click yes?
Awesome effect. Over 10 days, hemoglobin in the blood rose by 30 units (3). I have not seen such an effective dietary supplement in the iron category.
Although I wasn’t aware of it, I was diagnosed with severe anemia by a medical examination. Many doctors have nausea with iron preparations, so I recommend that you try it from a commercially available supplement first. It has been going on for about a year. Since the medical examination has not been carried out yet, it is unknown how the numerical value changed, so the evaluation is $3. I want to fill in the medical examination results again.
Feritin rises quietly. For a month from 15 to 19! There is no anemia. Well tolerated, no severity. I will take it further.
Hello, friends! The doctor recommended. Good FE. The company is solid. They started to take it, but it’s too early to talk about the effect. To save money, friends: Look at the first L capital letters and 55 numbers after the letters. All uppercase and without spaces. Whoever understands will save.
I accept in the second half of the cycle. Women need to take iron.
I accidentally saw through a capsule – the taste is disgusting. While waiting for the effect. Supplement: for the treatment of anemia, a dosage of 18 mg is too small. One capsule is only for prophylaxis. But the digestive tract rests after other iron preparations. Hemoglobin rose a little (it was 115, it became 120), while ferritin fell from 28 to 16. But I write it so far on a low-protein diet – I fasted for 40 days. A month later, on a normal diet, I will go bankrupt again and take tests, so we’ll see)
I drink iron, since low ferritin. I drink after breakfast with vitamin C, because without it, iron is not absorbed. The stomach responds well to it, it does not hurt, I do not observe any intestinal reactions either.
I felt with other companies’ iron supplements, but I feel that my menstrual pain has worsened. Why. I think the effect of eliminating anemia is perfect.
Unfortunately, this iron did not suit me. After a month of use, according to the re-entry, even a little bit of reinforced concrete was bathed (the dosage was 4 tablets per day together with vitamins C. But unfortunately it did not work (

I never use vitamin C with iron, because I can’t because of autoimmune disease. Try it without vitamin C (if you must not take vitamin C), but take iron on a full stomach, after eating. And if you use iron and at the same time you use zinc, then make a long time gap in day between these two supplements. I used to use Healthy Origins iron, Iron Ease, 27 mg, 60 Capsules, but unfortunately its Discontinued Item for a long time. This was the best iron, no vitamin C was needed and it is a mild on digestive system. I don’t know why they don’t sell it anymore. The best iron product is no longer on sale. I hope I helped at least a little with my answers.
Yes, it does but you barely have to press down on it. It’s almost unnoticeable that it is there. IDK what brand would not have that type of cap.
