Suffered from an inflamed eye lid, flaky itchy skin off and on. Drove me mad. Seemed to be connected with high histamine in my diet. Took out all the histamine foods and put in the food that lowers histamine like papaya. DIDN’T Do a dam thing to help. Took these capsules, 2 x 4 times a day and with in 24 hrs much better. If one wants to increase iron intake, I don’t recommend nettle root for iron. Eat a balanced diet and get tested for iron.
