I am a diabetic and having blood test every 3 months. I took Red Yeast Rice every other days as a supplement besides my regular doctor prescribed cholesterol medicine, in addition, I take CoQ10 + Vit. C+Vit. E and Vit. D3 every morning after breakfast for the past 10 years. Through out my periodical blood test, there was no indication of deterioration of liver function. That’s the reason I still taking the same without worries.
I don’t know if it helps with circulation. I take it with EFA to help bring my cholesterol doen.
