Yes, I use this as the main ingredient for my oil cleansing method (approx.60% hemp, 30% castor oil, 10% argan). I was initially afraid it would be clogging but I’ve had excellent results. I don’t use it as a moisturizer afterwards but the few times I have, it absorbs quickly and very light. I recommend it highly. Taste wise I find it quite strong for salads so I just use it only on my face. It needs to be refrigerated though as it will go rancid quickly.

I use it for salad dressing to replace olive oil. it is much better than olive oil because of Polyunsaturated Fat. You may put one teaspoon in the early morning or 3 times per day with your meal. It depends on how you love the taste of this hemp oil. At the first time two years before, I have not much like it. But now use to it and love it. It is safe to use this oil even you put excessive. Please be reminded that don’t heat the oil. It will loss the nutritious fat for the body health.
