Coconut sugar is made NOT from coconut fruits, as someone might think, but from the juice of the societies of coconut palm, which is slightly heated in the sun to evaporate moisture, and then cooled in the shade, as a result of which the sugar crystallizes. To taste, it has nothing to do with coconut, but has an UNUSUAL VERY PRETTY CARAMELOUS AND TASTE TASTE. In contrast to the usual white sugar, there are a lot of useful amino acids in it. Allergy

This tastes great!

I constantly buy this sugar for baking, the price-quality ratio is excellent!

In a word, no. The expense is huge, the taste is weak, it is expensive. You want the right caramel flavor, and excellent quality. Take brown-wet sugar from Wholesome. (In a blue pack) It is much brighter in taste, saturated, and the coffee with it turns out sooo tasty, caramel.

Very tasty sugar in both coffee and pastries! I recommend)

I use this for baking and love the flavor it adds. Will continue to purchase.
