NutriBiotic, Raw Rice Protein, Vanilla, 1 lb 5 oz (600 g) Product Review

Loveeee this protein! Great protein powder! unpleasant to drink. Awful texture and quite tasteless. Product recommended by my physical doctor. Not the same product as i have been getting for years. Taste Not Very. Unhappy. Awful. Not my fav

Foodpharmacy Blog thanks for offering this size Lean protein, subtile taste and really creamy love it

I’ve been using this product for years. Originally I looked all over for a protein drink I liked-didn’t want one that has milk or soy as its base. This nutribiotic rice protein was and continues to be the best choice for me. FYI: I use almond “milk”, and add blueberries, banana, flax seed meal, ground pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, raw cao cao nibs, psyllium, Turmeric, and wheat germ. I make a batch for two days. I’m 75 and going strong.

I did not like the texture of the finished drink, as if rice flour, wholemeal. The powder does not dissolve until the end, as in whey isolate. I do not know, maybe this is normal for vegetable protein.

This was terrible tasting. Sorry guys can’t give you better news. The texture is eggghhhhhh.

This is the second time that I ordered this product. It is slightly different from the first one: the color is darker and it is also less soluble. The first one was not soluble in water-based drinks but I managed to achieve it with slightly warmed lactose-free milk in a shaker. The second one needs even more action to get it solved. I suppose 3 months is not enough to feel any difference.

I have ordered and used this product for many years, on this order when I opened the container the contents were almost white instead of brown, It also had an odor that smelled stale. I have not used either container, and had to buy a different brand at a local store.

Good quality and composition of protein. But the taste is not very, the aftertaste of mustiness. It must probably be drunk with something other than water. But I do not drink milk. If anyone knows what to mix, write a review.

Purchased the vanilla, product tastes & smells similar to playdough. Wouldn’t purchase again. If you are wanting to add to just water this product doesn’t thicken.

The taste of the protein is simply disgusting – bitter and in texture similar to flour. In its pure form it is impossible to drink it. Even 1 spoonful of this protein on a glass of berry smoothies is felt (Has thrown out.

Gritty, but goes well in pancakes, not shakes.
