No, it doesn’t in the same sense that OTC nasal sprays do. It doesn’t have what is referred to as a “rebound effect”. Which I believe, is what you are referring to. This isn’t because it is natural. There are some natural and/or herbal supplements that your body needs more of to have the same effect. In other words your body adapts to it or becomes dependent on it. They are very rare but there are a few and it takes them much longer to have this effect. I can’t recall offhand specifically which ones they are, but it will state this fact on the specific product.
