I do not see why you couldn’t use it for your hands. I rub my dry legs or hands with any residue from applying it to my feet. It feels like lotion to me. No heavy or oily feel to it. I think it is the same stuff as their hand cream. It probably comes out of the same vat as hand cream anyway, a manufacturing secret.
