No.13 yr old needs not take any supplement, unless u r sick and advised by doctor to.
it is really good. I have eaten it for 2 years. it gives me more power.
There are two diferent ways of creatine usage. First method is taking 20 g of creatin a day during first week and then 2 g a day for 1 month. The second one is taking 2-3 g a day for month. There are some researches that prove that the first method is not so efficient. As per suggested use you need to take 6 caps a day (7.5 g) and I don’t clearly understand why they have used such a strange dose. I hope that it will help you to chose which method to use.
Ingredient of gelatin is not mentioned on product label or manufacturer’s website. (Optimum Nutrition). It doesn’t have Vegan label or Halal mark on bottle, you should avoid this product.
