It is easy to drink. I feel it works.

I’m a little tired of working in the morning, before muscle training and outside physical work, and sometimes I drink. You can concentrate and work hard for two hours.

Green apple flavor. You may dissolve in water as it is. Good when the taste of banana-flavored casein gets tired!

I’ve tried a lot of different pre-workouts and this is one of the only ones that hasn’t given me extremely tingly, itchy skin from the beta-alanine while still providing me with enough energy to get through workouts. It really gives me the extra push to knock out those last couple critical reps. You do develop a tolerance to the caffeine after a while so I upped my dosage to a scoop and a half. Anything after that and you should cycle off, maybe for a week every month or so. I’ve tried most flavors and have to say that fruit punch is the best. Though they’re all good imo.
