I haven’t experienced any negative issues with it, but I also make sure I drink a bottle of plain water in the hour during my workouts. I always eat when I get back and I never have any digestive issues from it. I don’t think eating a basic meal right after taking it would be problematic. Might just mildly reduce some of caffeine effects?

I think it works. I do it every now and then. It also has a bit of caffeine to add that kick you need during a work day. If you are overly sensitive to caffeine I would not recommend as it could make you unfocused.
This is a powder that you then mix in with water. After you’ve mixed it with water you could put it in the fridge but I find that it becomes stale after some time, so I would rather drink it soon after it is mixed.
