I like this protein, it’s quite tasty and blends well. But I wouldn’t use if I was breasfeeding because it has thickening agents (acacia gum, guar gum and xantham gum) that may be harmful for the fragile digestive system of babies and small children. It could disrupt their gut microbiome and contribute to the overgrowth of harmful bacteria

Sorry I’m not pregnant but I believe that it is a very wholesome form of protein and it should not be any different than any other protein and if you combine it with all other nutrients carbs fats etc. it can definitely replace any other protein
It’s more for giving energy to be able to do endurance workouts. Obviously Proteins prevent cramps when lifting weights.
