A good quality ghee (like this one, which is great!) will not go rancid when stored, un-refrigerated. I recommend a cool, dark cupboard. I have used ghee in Australia, and have used in Canada. both ends of the temperature spectrum 🙂 I actually order 6 jars of this product at a time to save on shipping, and store the unused jars in the fridge until I’m ready to use them. They will keep for up to a year in the fridge, no problem at all. At room temperature in Canada, it will have the consistency of coconut oil i. e. sort of spreadable. In warmer room temperatures, it may liquefy a bit (or even completely, if quite hot), like olive oil. It will taste delicious anyway. All this to say, if it liquefies while being shipped to you, I don’t think you should worry at all.

I don’t know that, but maybe gluten free.
The lactose and milk solids are separated out, Casein is a protein found in the milk solids.
Not sure. Only states “Made with butter from our pasture-raised cows.” The manufacturer will know best.
It states: “Made with butter from our pasture-raised cows.”
Being organic should not have any pesticides in it.
