Hi, I have bought and used this product because it is REALLY FULLY VEGETARIAN. I do not know about the colour; guess it is the natural colour of the raw materials used. Only the manufacturer can provide you real answer.
I don’t know, for it was sufficient for me that it was suitable for vegans. Another issue with Ovega-3 is that in my last order the product was spoiled with nasty fishy smell. I have switched to Deva, vegan, omega-3. Regards, Boris Bachelis
Can they be? I suppose so. You could puncture the capsules with a sharp object and squeeze the oil out. I certainly wouldn’t want to do that, though, and I say that from a certain experience I just had with a bottle of this that I bought from a source other than Foodpharmacy Blog. When I opened the bottle, I found that one of the capsules had somehow been broken and the algal oil had coated every other capsule in the bottle. And let me tell you, it makes for a very difficult time consuming those other capsules. What I have to do is pick up 3 capsules (my chosen dose) with a spoon (I don’t dare touch the oil-coated capsules with my bare fingers), drop them into my mouth and then quickly wash them down with a strong-flavored beverage. Let me just put it this way: Where do you think fish get their stink from? If you don’t mind handling and consuming really smelly oil, then yes, you can open the capsule and consume just the oil.
Just replace the pills or give discounts for the next order
I don’t see alcohol in the ingredients. it says algal oil.
I wouldn’t have a clue – best to check with your doctor but it is only algae so I cant imagine why it wouldn’t be ok.
I don’t know. The label says it’s vegetarian, so it could not be gelatin. Besides that, I do not know. The best thing is to contact the manufacturer.
Bottle says it is GMO-FREE
