Primal Kitchen, Avocado Oil, 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) Product Review
Out of stock. Avocado Oil. good. Avocado oil is my favorite. Love it ¦. Avocado oil Primal kitchen and its comparison with avocado oil La Tourangelle. Tasty Taste Oil! For cooking and confectionery. Great butter! highest
Out of stock for a long time, very disappointed
Excellent oil, no extraneous flavors, a glass bottle that is very important to me. Recommend
good
Great Oil for a reasonable price. Glass containers add advantages over others
I ve been using this oil for cooking and salad dressing and I simply love it. Very light texture and taste and most importantly healthy
When I saw that on the site there was another avocado oil, this time in a traditional glass bottle, and not tinny like that of La Tourangelle with a not very convenient opener, immediately bought. And when I first opened it – I was surprised, because the oil of the avocado Primal kitchen was not at all what I expected to see it. Color – light yellow, almost transparent, the taste is barely noticeable. What is it? O_O But – it was necessary to read the description more closely. This oil, as it turned out, is refined. La Tourangelle – no. La Tourangelle is slightly cheaper (but you need to keep in mind that it is just unrefined), the price for 500 ml is $11.84 It is claimed that the oil was cleaned in a special way – with the help of a centrifuge, so that its utility, the producer is afraid, but it did not hurt at all. Believe? On the avocado oil Primal kitchen can be cooked at high temperatures, the oil of the first cold pressed, and not the second or third – is especially marked on the sticker, a delicious nutty aroma (that’s fair, even a hint of some flavor could not sniff), excellent for gas stations and sauces! In salads does not give any bite (good for those who prefer neutral oil in salads). And plus for me – absolutely not felt in homemade mayonnaise. I made mayonnaise with avocado oil La Tourangelle- and the avocado flavor was present, with refined avocado oil of Primal kitchen, I do not feel it. And mayonnaise becomes more familiar or something. The oils look completely different. Primal kitchen – pale yellow. The color of La Tourangelle varies from emerald green to yellow-green (this is as lucky). The taste of the Primal kitchen oil is very poorly expressed – there is still a slight nutty avocado taste. At La Tourangelle, on the contrary, it’s like just that the oil from the avocado was squeezed out – very saturated. On the site of Primal kitchen is sold and unrefined butter avocado (and sauces (to which I want to try these sauces, but no), but it did not reach the Herb site yet. Mark Sisson is a well-known paleo blogger and part owner of the Primal kitchen store (he is mentioned and his image is present on almost every product of the brand), in one of his articles asserts that, according to some studies, refined avocado oil, to some extent, even more useful than unrefined, since it is better stored and less prone to oxidation. I was satisfied with the product for the mayonnaise (I suspect it is from this oil that they make such an unusual for all mayonnaise on avocado oil Primal kitchen, I, on the contrary, at the end of the jar, even got it and even ordered a variant with hot pepper), and for frying – it does not give any taste, it can be heated to high temperatures. Bottle glass, in appearance exactly the same as that of olive oils.
Avocado vegetable salad “played” even tastier! I’m taking it not the first time already!
It is often used for fried foods and also for salads. I’m repeating! I love it
Great butter! Convenient bottle, drank everything to the drop
I don’t have a strong smell or taste and I think it will suit anything.
