Vera Mona, Cake and Bake Beauty Sponge, 1 Sponge

Vera Mona, Cake and Bake Beauty Sponge, 1 Sponge Review

Apply or blend product in a bouncing motion to easily blend product into a seamless, airbrushed effect. It’s also way easier to build coverage with a makeup brush. You can also use one corner of the flat side for precision concealer application, but it’s just not as precise as the beauty blender’s fine tip in my opinion. However, it works beautifully to smooth over foundation you have applied with brushes or fingers. This product is an allure best of beauty award winner. This sponge is quite dense, so i was surprised to find that it did absorb a good amount of product and left me with a lighter finish than i usually go for. Back then we only had the small triangle sponges to work with. Depending on the makeup formulas soaked into the makeup sponge, we got different results. I found that after i did that my makeup applied very nicely and generally smooth and nice, good for the price but if you want a great sponge go for something a big more high end. The only problem i had was when i tried to apply my makeup while the sponge was wet.

If you never know where to start when it comes to finding the best makeup brushes, we can help. They do come with a slight smell, but as always you should wash your brushes before initially use and the smell goes away. For a lighter application, hold near the middle of the brush. It gives easy access to makeup brushes and other smaller items requiring upright storage. I bought this brush because i needed a large, fluffy blending brush. The best way to build out your makeup brush collection is to strike a balance between the features found in high-priced designer-brand brushes and the low price tag attached to better-than-nothing drugstore knock-offs.
