Pure Indian Foods, Grass-Fed & Organic Cultured Ghee, 15 oz (425 g) Product Review

The only real gee on Foodpharmacy Blog, even plastic bottle. Taste From Childhood. Super Tasty! Ghee ghee. Ghee oil. The best ghee. Quality product. I recommend. Must try product. TO

It is the only authentic ghee in Foodpharmacy Blog that can be delivered to Japan. The real ghee is made from “fermented unsalted butter”. What makes simple nonfermented salt-free butter is “clear butter”. Basically all butter in Europe, India and the Middle East are fermented. Originally all butter was fermented. Japan’s butter that dairy has been transmitted from North America, Australia, and the United States is basically not fermented. Does anyone paying attention to health buy “fermented miso”? On that point, this item is “fermented”, and it says Grassfedd, so you can be relieved, but because it is in a plastic bottle, it will not purchase in the future. Therefore, unfortunately, there is no good quality gee that can be purchased at Foodpharmacy Blog at the moment. By the way, “Fermentation” is not written anywhere in “4th & Heart, Geebutter”. In addition, I got an inquiry from Gai of “Organic Valley Purity Farms” and found that there was no fermentation. Because it is confusing, if you use unfermented butter, do not write “Gee”. Finally, I want you to put this item in a glass bottle! Then I will buy it!

I tasted nothing tastier than this oil. Really felt eco-quality product. The manufacturer points to the use of fermented cream obtained from cows on free pasture, this is very important, since such oils contain a lot of useful substances, compared to butter from cows that eat grain. Now this topic is very relevant, environmentally friendly and safe to eat. In addition, do not forget about the enormous benefits of GHI oil: firstly, it is a high smoke point of 230 ° C, which allows it to be used in cooking. Secondly: suitable for people with intolerance to lactose and casein. Third: Contains both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, saturated fatty acids of GCI oil have a short-chain structure, which makes GCI oil easily digestible. Fourth: GCI oil contains antioxidants-conjugated linoleic acid and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K2.

Incredible caramel flavor. When frying, it does not burn, does not smoke. Recommend!

The smell of this oil is crazy! Drooling mouth full! It is worth a try once and it will always be in your diet!

Wonderful oil with a delicate taste, ideal for frying, season with porridge, children eat with pleasure. Recommend!

I bought this oil on the recommendation. It is very tasty, tender, I add it to cereals, to pastries, fry on it, now this oil is constantly in my basket, if any, and sometimes I have to wait, because it is quickly dismantled

With all varieties of ghee available on shelf or digital platform, this one stands out in quality, though taste is still falling short of what you get from a pure north home churned Indian ghee.

One of my favorite oils. I order constantly

The product is authentic and really nice.

The taste is more savory than the original, but people who usually eat GHEE will eat it at all.

The one I received is made of plastic.
This is comparatively more digestible and as per true Indian ancient texts the right form of ghee making. It is the authentic “pukka” ghee churned after heating the butter, highly recommended brand, been using for years. Just the way my grandma made in India. Quality is simply like home made. Enjoy and Namaste !
The fat ingredient of the butter without the milk
Ghee is made from milk, and cultured ghee is made from yogurt. Cultured ghee is made for people that are extremely dairy sensitive. If you are not extremely sensitive to dairy, there is essentially no difference between regular ghee and cultured ghee. But if you are allergic to dairy, then cultured ghee makes a world of difference.
Cultured Ghee is created from boiling the butter made out of ‘churning the yogurt’ where as regular ghee is made out of boiling milk butter. So, difference is fermentation that makes it even more digestible.
This ghee is the only one I will use, all natural and excellent to cook with, I recommend it to everyone I know, Janice
