The calmest taste of all the quests that I tried. Cinnamon is felt! And I adore her. But for more frequent snacks, I still choose that quest with an oreo or a muffin! If we talk about taste and softness, everything is fine, I don’t know why someone complains about the hardness (maybe you got an overdue? ) Of this product. Very nice. If someone doesn’t like the taste, then those who have eaten a lot and often had sweets, and only pour into the world of PP and sports (I myself have a sweet tooth, and of course after sneakers or something like that, the protein bar of this company seems simply tasteless). But when you get used to it, and when the quest becomes the only “sweet” snack, then you really feel its real and high-quality taste!

Even though all of the details show this is a great bar in terms of calories, sugar and high protein per bar, the taste is not great. The texture is a little like Peanut Butter that has solidified. I was not impressed with the appearance and the taste. However, if you like the taste, it is one of the best for low calories on a high protein bar

Suitability is a broad question. I cannot speak to nutritional fit or allergen concerns. I have eaten these for years, though, and find them easy to digest pre or post workout, very tasty, and quite filling. If satisfaction without and extreme calorie count is among your goals, they may be helpful.
