Definitely too big for a small child. I would say someone younger than 11 or so probably couldn’t use it comfortably. The handle of the toothbrush is also pretty fat and long, and not suited for tiny hands.
Hello, length is 3cm, width in widest place is 2cm. Radius has special kids toothbrushes, I think this will be a bit too large. But my 2 years old daughter use only replacement head and she likes it
