I don’t think it is an absolute necessity, but it is a necessity for me. Since I work a lot on business trips, I often carry makeup supplies. Usually, the foundation is not good unless it is attached with a wet sponge, so when moving it was kept in a zip lock. Every time I got garbage, the sponge and the zip lock were wet and I was worried about the hygiene. All problems have been resolved since purchasing the special case! Easy to clean because it is made of plastic and can be used as a wet or dry container even if placed on a sink. It is a really recommended product!
