Once after years searching for a hand lotion, I’d found this, at my “local” pharmacy. Alas-as happens so oft’-a great product’s ingredients get re-shuffled, removed, substituted by things I don’t want. Others have been far more accurately detailed, in their Reviews. Not recommended.

Not since they changed the formula from the old Batch V. R5 to new batch V. R10. They have added and changed a few of the ingredients to where the smell is more consistent with that of a synthetic smell. This might be in fact because they now produce this lotion (Batch V. R10), with Benzoic Acid, Tocopheryl Acetate, Caprylyl Glycol, and Triethly Citrate. Now, to ask the question are these preservatives and additives derived from a pure natural source? Or, because of the costs associated with deriving all four of these preservatives and additives, they are often made in the laboratory from other chemicals instead of being extracted from their natural resource. I will leave you to answer that question yourself, since you would be advised to please remember that if they are indeed sourced from chemicals synthetically, then all four are classed as carcinogen. A carcinogen is a substance that is capable of causing cancer. Do the research online for yourself. However, if you are asking me then I would have to say that that they are all derived from synthetic chemicals. I have contacted Sundial Corp and Shea Moisture, they have not denied any of the information I have provided you with in this answer to your question. You should also remember that they also did the same with the Nubian Heritage line of lotions.
Smells wonderfull, lingers in a nice and subtle way. I bought it for my sister-in-law, to use on my (then) week old niece, whose skin was very dry and flaky. She’s a month now and her skin is nice and moisturized.
