Solgar, Calcium Magnesium Citrate, 250 Tablets Product Review

Calcium in the form of citrate from a well-known company. Calcium Magnesium Armcuff Pack. It didn’t work for me. First purchase of Solga calcium. Great Product. good. Good. Change. Calcium Magnesium Citrate. Love this brand

Calcium is a priority mineral for humans. For this reason, until the body has absorbed calcium, there can be no question of any other minerals – they simply will not be absorbed. By the way, for this reason, most vitamin-mineral complexes are produced without calcium or with a very small amount. Do not forget about it and take calcium separately from other minerals (with a time spread). Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium; it helps calcium to be absorbed as much as possible. Therefore, if you do not take fish oil or do not spend hours in the sun, supplement this complex with vitamin “D”. Magnesium, located in this complex, helps calcium metabolize where it is needed. While I was looking for magnesium, I decided to buy calcium magnesium, but I bought it.

I couldn’t digest it so I couldn’t eat it

I’m surprised to receive the real thing! Big courage and big pills! It’s vague to eat 5 tablets a day.

And great price. Bought it for my mother who doesn’t eat diary.

Recommended and effective in eating

Fast shipping. There is no allergy.

I am now stopping this product and start to use K2 in stead.

Good quality as Solgar is. But since there is quite much magnesium citrate in normal dosage (500mg), decided to start using calcium citrate and magnecium citrate from separate bottles. It did not upset or hurt my stomach though.

Really love and trust this brand. It’s so hard to find magnesium citrate and Solgar has it and with a great dosage. If I run out I get cramps in my legs the next day.
