Solgar, Calcium Magnesium with Vitamin D3, 300 Tablets Product Review
Two Antagonists In One Bottle. Calcium and magnesium with vitamin D3. Returned user. Product satisfaction. To prevent irritation. goood. Well swallowed. Rimma. I have some calcium, so I have constipation. Well received.

It is better to take magnesium in chelated forms that are better absorbed by the body (glycinate, malate). Magnesium is drunk in the morning with B vitamins for better absorption, calcium is drunk in the evening with vitamin D3. Have been using this for a few years. Love it! Though the tablets are gigantic, one will get used to it.
We replenish when we were frustrated. Drinking is frustrating and useful.
