Hay I is allowed. But it is much better to eat healthy food. There is magnesium almost in ever thigh we eat. Evan in the water we drink. I recommend that consulting your doctor if you need extra magnesium. All the best.

It also neutralises stomach acid and it will also help, when you feel bloated. Magnesium citrate however, is much better, when you know you have a lack of magnesium, because the magnesium in this compound is better absorbable than in magnesium oxide. Magnesium will help to reduce stress, headaches, to sleep better and to get more energy and it can also help when you suffer from cramps or involuntarily muscle contractions, for example near your eye. I use both magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate.
