Good Vitamins, Solgar Cool Products and Dosages

Good vitamins, I drink 10 days a month. With Vitamin C and Betocarotene and Krill Oil. Starting Women’s Vitamin Set

good for dry skin

Vitamin E is very beneficial for everyone. It improves the endocrine system, reduces the symptoms of PMS, removes toxins and free radicals, strengthens blood vessels, improves performance. It is recommended to take with carotene. It is undesirable to use together with minerals, with iron, since its effect is reduced. The recommended average dose is 600-800 per day, preferably with fatty foods. And it is advisable to take in the second half of the cycle after ovulation.

the skin really became moisturized, the effect of taking

A great drug in the optimal dosage! I have been taking cycles for the second year. Awesome effect with menopause symptoms. Hormone replacement therapy is contraindicated. Therefore, I chose this product as a tidal control. Many doctors recommend a dose of vitamin E 100-200 mg per day with menopause. Since women taking vitamin E drugs during menopause notice a significant improvement in their general condition. Symptoms of menopause recede: sweating, insomnia, mood swings pass, tides do not bother, skin condition improves (its dryness decreases). I was convinced of this myself and I advise everyone. I especially note the convenience of using tocopherol in capsules due to their small size.

This natural vitamin E contains all tocopherols, the most active alpha-tocopherol, but sometimes it is possible to add these, in pharmacies there is always an artificial tocopherol on the can is more often written d l-alpha tocopherol or acetate, it is much worse absorbed and dangerous, here the natural d-alpha tocopherol but from soybean GMOs or if there is no other information, then it is made from soybean GMOs, dosage 200 IU = 134.23 mg, from studies vitamin E cleans the blood vessels for 2 years, protects the skin from ultraviolet rays, helps the normal functioning of the muscles. As an antioxide t, vitamin E is most effective in conjunction with other antioxidants Q10, selenium, C vitamin, vitamin A, iodine. Attempts to study vitamin E separately from other antioxidant vitamins were often unsuccessful, necessary for female diseases, I take it in the morning with selenium, vitamin C, and kelp, the dosage for endometriosis is at least 3 tablets, and for the treatment of diseases dosage is often 2-3 capsules per day, and Carefully it accumulates in the body but at the same time, according to statistics, people often have a deficiency. Choosing should be taken into account if the label of the product says that it contains mg of vitamin E, then this figure should be divided at least in half and it will be cial amount of vitamin E, which enters the bloodstream, at best.

Vitamin E is an important nutrient for the human body, the lack of which causes neuropathy (various etiologies of peripheral nerve damage) and hemolytic anemia (a form of anemia caused by the breakdown of red blood cells, red blood cells). Vitamin E is needed: to slow down the aging process of cells, to maintain a normal level of hemoglobin, to strengthen the walls of the capillaries, to protect blood cells (lymphocytes, red and white blood cells), which helps to improve the supply of oxygen to the body and the overall protective function, for blood coagulation, the work of the myocardium, nerve tissue and immunity, to maintain reproductive function. The best sources of vitamin E are oils (for example, sunflower, rapeseed), seeds, nuts, almonds, bread, avocados, paprika, and liver.

High-quality vitamin E – there is no point in writing a lot about the beneficial properties, I will write only one thing – an indispensable thing in the complex treatment of inflammatory processes.

In good shape and good dosage! And most importantly, a trusted manufacturer! Recommend!
