Hi, about supplement facts, what’s the meaning of iron(naturally occuring)? does it have iron? if not, how can it be naturally occuring?

It depends what you are using it for. There have been studies done for depression using 2 grams to 6 grams. Always best to start on the lower end and work your way up if necessary. I would recommend doing a quick Google search on the dosages and uses. If you are using it for depression you may want to take a B6 with it. Good luck 🙂
I do not know what “natural occurring iron” is but I know this product has made a big difference to me. I sleep like a baby now and it has made me so much more relaxed and able to cope with the stress of my busy life. I take 3 at night before I go to bed.
