In the photo of the bottle it states 625mg. But in the description it states 433mg in a serving of 6 pills. This works out to only about 70mg of Mg per pill, not 635mg. What gives? Quite often, titanium dioxyde is used as tablet coating (bright white colour), even when not listed in ingredients list. Does this product (caps) contains titanium dioxyde?
The labeling is confusing. Is one capsule the same as 625 mg? or is 6 capsules the same as 625 mg?
The Magnesium Malate Trihydrate compound, which is the combination of the magnesium and malic acid is 3.75 g, when you divide this by the serving size of 6 capsules you get the 625 mg that is shown on the front of the bottle.

An adult may need upto 400 mg to 600 mg or more depending on their needs. If 600mg or more is causing diarrhea then back off a little at a time. I normally take upto 400 mg in three capsules but it depends on the strength of each capsule as different containers have different capsule strengths. Check the label to determine your own dosage.
