Hmmm, it has a weird texture, but it is a ground seed product. And the taste is okay. I prefer to have it in cereal or with yogurt. I believe I’ve noticed less inflammation trouble spots and a better texture to my nails since I started using this flaxseed product.

I bought three brands separately, and the other two brands will have a noticeable stickiness in hot water. There is almost no such thing. Why is there such a difference?

It just a quality brand, using it for decades

We have been using this brand for years, this one is still considered high end. Because I haven’t tried the Japanese flaxseed you mentioned, it’s really hard to answer your question. I would stay with the Japanese brand if it’s accessible to me though. I’m sure it’s super tasty.
