Spectrum Essentials, Organic Ground Premium Flaxseed, 14 oz (396 g) Product Review

Great! I was skeptical, but it seems to show a good result! There is almost no stickiness. Very nice. Spectrum Essentials! Trusted brand. Organic Ground Premium Flax Seed (linseed seed). Worth a purchase. Reliable omega from food

I’ve been buying this for a while now. Love it!

Hmmm, it has a weird texture, but it is a ground seed product. And the taste is okay. I prefer to have it in cereal or with yogurt. I believe I’ve noticed less inflammation trouble spots and a better texture to my nails since I started using this flaxseed product.

I bought three brands separately, and the other two brands will have a noticeable stickiness in hot water. There is almost no such thing. Why is there such a difference?

Great. Love it.

Very good n reasonable price.

I always take it! Add to cereal. I almost don’t feel the taste.

It just a quality brand, using it for decades

I have been taking green smoothies regularly for quite some time. Ingredients to put in? Komatsu candy? Kale candy (Summer is not sold during the summer, if you find it, buy it and store it frozen)? Questions and Answers

I ordered this, and used it. It seems well made, but unlike the (much more expensive) flaxseed I buy here in Japan it’s almost tasteless and has no scent at all. I was thinking of trying another brand, but the reviews of the other product complain about it not being well-ground. Do other people actually find it has a taste and aroma? Is it just me?
Why it can’t be shipped to Japan?

We have been using this brand for years, this one is still considered high end. Because I haven’t tried the Japanese flaxseed you mentioned, it’s really hard to answer your question. I would stay with the Japanese brand if it’s accessible to me though. I’m sure it’s super tasty.
It can be shipped to Japan. I’ve gotten it shipped here so many times!
