I ordered a Medicinal msm lotion, but I asked for wrong delivery twice, and the product was renewed and cannot be exchanged. Medicinal msm lotion pulled and blushed and asked for a replacement but was rejected.

It looks like the design has changed from what I bought before. Or did something different arrive? What was written as medicinal last time is now a tea tree. The smell is slightly different.

What arrived was a different package. It feels like pushing the entire tea tree. This is used for the face, but the surface is refreshing and easy to use as it quickly becomes smooth. I don’t feel unsatisfactory because I use a drop of almond oil and apply lotion after washing my face. It is recommended because there are many quantities.

Isn’t this misleading for customers? At the end of the day, the explanation given by Foodpharmacy Blog was dis-satisfactory. Which also equates to someone going to McDonald’s to buy an ice cream. There were Strawberry/Chocolate/Vanilla ice creams available. The customer chose Chocolate, but was instead given Vanilla. And when he/she approaches the counter on the mistake, he/she was told that Vanilla was a label change for Chocolate. End of story.

I am not a doctor but I can say that I find this cream particularly pure, free of fragrance, and adds great moisture to my body. I also use it on my face sometimes and also use it to cleanse my face. Would highly recommended. I love this lotion.

I am not sure if this product contains soy. I cannot see E acetate listed in the ingredients on my bottle. I also do not know if E acetate can come from soy. I’m very sorry I cannot help with this question, however, what I can say is I really like this product.
My sense of smell is considered dull but i definitely smelled a tea tree scent. Id say it’s maybe one-tenth the strong scent of undiluted tea tree oil
Im sorry you can’t get the dispenser to work, if I recall it rotates clockwise. If its a new bottle there shouldn’t be any blockages in it, so I think you should return it as defective, that seems to be what it is. You could try putting the nozzle under hot water for a minute and see if that works but you might want to return it.
